Payment & Shipping

We accept visa and mastercard payment only. No cash on delivery is allowed. Orders will be processed only after payment has been accepted. If you do face any issues, kindly reach out to the team.
- Shipping
We do our best to get your orders to you asap. Orders will be processed within 2 working days. Once order is processed, we will deliver within 2 working days. If you'd like to know the estimated delivery date, kindly reach out to our team at enquiry@vitamee.com.sg
We ship islandwide within Singapore island. If you have a special request, kindly reach out to the team.
Returns and Exchange

1. All products listed are subject to availability. Should there be an unfortunate event where the product is out of stock, we will do our best to inform you the soonest possible. In such scenario, we will refund back to you via PayNow or Bank Transfer within 7 working days.
Alternatively you can exchange to another product of a lower value (difference will be refunded) or higher value (top up required)
2. In the unfortunate event where you receive products in unsatisfactory conditions, kindly reach out to us at +65 67542345 or enquiry@vitamee.com.sg with a photo of the product on the same day of delivery. We aim to reply within 24h and proceed with the refund process as above.
We seek your understanding that we will not be responsible for any deterioration of product quality after the day of delivery due to improper storage or handling.
